Logging In Problems

If you are experiencing difficulties logging in to the on-line application system please read this page.

E-mail address:

You should use a valid working email address as your username to register and log in to the system. This email address will be used as the primary contact address for the on-line system to send you confirmations and status updates. This address will also be used for the Postgraduate Admissions Service to send you any important information relating to your application and communicate the decision on your application.

IF YOU DO NOT USE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS TO REGISTER YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THE ON-LINE SYSTEM THAT YOUR APPLICATION, APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT (if applicable), DECISION, ACCEPTANCE etc. HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

Password:

Your password can be any combination of letters and/or numbers but you must remember this to allow you to log back into the system to check on your application status(es). If you forget your password you can click on the Forgotten Your Password? link to be sent a new password.

NOTE: Your new password will be sent to the email address that you used to register on the on-line application system. If you did not use a valid email address then you will not receive your new password. When you use the password reset function, if the combination of email address and date of birth is incorrect, you will not receive your new password.
